Orchard Community Sermons

At Orchard Community Church, we place a high value on the Bible – which we believe to be God’s inerrant and infallible self-revelation to man. We view the Bible as God’s ultimate authority for understanding Who God is what He has done and how we, as humans, should respond to Him.

Because of this, our conviction in regards to how we preach and teach is to be expository in nature. Expositional preaching is simply to make the point of every sermon the point of the passage of Scripture. This is true if we preach topically, verse by verse, or in any other form. Our prayer is that as you listen to the sermons on this site, you will be “complete, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:17, ESV).

Romans 6:15-23
Paul uses the bold metaphor of slavery to help the Christian understand not only the glory of God’s grace but how not to distort it in order to embrace disobedience.
